There&#8217;s <a href="http://voices.washingtonpost.com/comic-riffs/2010/05/the_riffs_interview_kavalier_c.html">an interesting interview on a WaPo blog</a> (<a href="http://www.largeheartedboy.com/blog/archive/2010/05/shorties_exile.html">via Largehearted Boy</a>). Chabon recalls:</p>

<p>My favorite Chabon novel is <a href="http://changingway.org/2008/08/30/the-yiddish-policemens-union/">The Yiddish Policemen’s Union</a>, by the way.</p>
